Dai was born to Bill and Beatty Welfare, he was one of four children. His youngest sister Tracy sadly died in Nov 2013 just four months before him. his other sister Sheila helped look after him during his last week with us. Dai meet and married his wife Cheryl as a teenager and they had almost forty four years together. They had two children Aaron first in 1970 then Lisa followed in 1972. They also had five grandchildren, Jade, Ricky, Conor, Kayti and Kaiden. He was much loved by his family and will always stay in their hearts and will be sadly missed by us all. Rest in Peace Dai xx
